TRAVEL MANAGEMENT CONTRACT.
This contract is entered into this _______day of January, 2008 between xxxx, xxx India.And Corporatetravels having its office at XXXX

UNDERSTANDING
Xxxx agrees to use AIRSONIC HOLIDAYS PVT LTD as its vendor exclusively for its travel and travel related requirements during the validity of this contract.AIRSONIC HOLIDAYS PVT LTD agrees to provide full range of travel related services to XXXX herein, as set forth.
 
COMMERCIAL TERMS TO XXXX
TRAVEL SERVICES OFFERED DETAILS OF PRICING
International / Domestic Tickets Commission received from Airlines is covered under the category “Air Travel Agent” for service tax purpose and is taxed accordingly. The total commission will be passed on by AIRSONIC HOLIDAYS PVT LTD to XXXX, after retaining % on the ticket value. All Taxes and Duties would be charged extra.
Low Budget / No frill Airline tickets Actual cost + service charge of Rs.
Railway Tickets Actual Expenses + Rs. per ticket per person
Railway Ticket Cancellation Actual Expenses + Rs. per ticket per person, per sector
Domestic Ticket Cancellation charge On Actuals + Service charge Rs.
International Ticket Cancellation charge On Actuals + Service charge Rs.
Passport Actual Expenses + Service Charge Rs.
E.C.N.R. (Emmigration Check Not Required) Actual Expenses + Service Charge Rs
P.O.E (Protection of Emmigrants) Actual Expenses + Service Charge Rs.
Visas Local: Actual Expenses + Service Charge Rs.
Outstation: Actual Expenses + Service Charge Rs.
Foreign Exchange Free of Service Charge. In case of traveller’s cheque an additional % percent will be charged.
Medical Insurance Actual Premium.
Meet & Greet Assistance Rs.- per service.
Car/Coaches Special negotiated rates of Air Sonic Holidays or with a Bank preferred supplier for a service charge of Rs. per transaction.
Hotel Reservations On preferred hotels/ apartments for a service charge of Rs. per transaction.
 
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
For International and domestic tickets there will be an additional processing charge, which will be applicable on the invoice (bank charges) except on UATP fares.
 
FORCE MAJEURE
Corporatetravels shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under the agreement, if that is caused by force majeure, viz., fog, earthquake, floods, fire, riots, strike or circumstances beyond control of AIRSONIC HOLIDAYS PVT LTD
 
VALIDITY & TERMINATION
This contract shall be valid for a period of one year from ______ 2008 until ______ 2009. Thereafter shall be renewed from year to year unless either party gives written intimation to the other party thirty (30) days in advance of the expiration of the relevant year that it wishes to terminate the contract.

Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local Courts.Notwithstanding the above, this contract may be terminated between either party upon thirty (30) days written notice.
