Airline General Cancellation and Refund policy:
Airline General Cancellation and refund policy is governed by the Airline fare rules as most of the Market fares are non-refundable and only taxes are refunded. These taxes will be refunded deducting the service charge and the service charge will depend on fare to fare and will be notified during your booking or on the ticket.
Ticket Purchase on the Economy/ Business/ First class Fare :
Above fare is (Economy / Business /First class Fare) Governed by the Airline rules. This will be notified while booking the ticket most of the Airline cancellation policies are as follows.

1. Ticket cancelled within 4 hours of departure shall be considered as No-Show. Hence complete basic fare will be forefited.
2. Ticket cancelled before 4 hours of departure normal cancellation policy will apply and the normal policy will be notified during the processing of the refund.

3. Partial used tickets for return sector purchased on excursion fare or special fares most of the partially used ticket are non refundable. For those tickets which are refundable will be notified during the processing of refunds.
